Practical support for your workplace.

Your HR & workplace tools

Keep people records, contracts and policies, time off, hours and reporting in a secure workplace workspace. Setup and sign-in are available from the Protect section of your Subscriber Area.

These tools have their own account. You choose when to set up or open your workspace; subscribing does not automatically create that separate account.

Powered by EvidentHarbour, this part of Protect & Connect provides a workspace for practical business compliance and risk support. Access it from your Subscriber Area once your subscription is active.

The Subscriber Area has a Resources section. Employment and Health & Safety guides and templates will appear there when genuine material is supplied and published; these libraries are not yet available.

The opt-in Subscriber Directory lets you discover other participating micro businesses and choose whether to make your own business visible.

You control your public listing and the details you share. Your private address, postcode, constituency and subscriber number are not published, and your phone is not public by default.

Set your preferences for the kinds of opportunities you would like to participate in. This expresses your interests; it does not promise a particular event, campaign or influence outcome.

After you subscribe.

    Create and confirm your account

    Subscribe with your business details and confirm your email. Subscriber access opens after email confirmation during the current test phase.

    Complete your business profile

    Add your business and contact details in My subscription. Your private profile is separate from any public directory listing.

    Choose whether to join the directory

    Opt into the Subscriber Directory if you want your business to be discoverable. Choose which public details to share.

    Set participation preferences

    Choose the types of opportunities you would like to take part in. Optional participation is not switched on by default.

    Set up your HR & workplace tools

    Open the setup or sign-in action from your Subscriber Area. Your workplace workspace has its own account and sign-in.

    Access compliance and risk support

    Open your Health & Safety and business compliance support workspace, powered by EvidentHarbour, from the Protect section.
